I knew Royal Mail has its faults but...
When I hear the line "we are sorry that this item has been damaged/delayed in the post" I know they have pinched the money out of a birthday card from my granny. Thieving bastards!
The Olympic Stadium in Lego is brilliant.
I bought 50 old fashioned pennies to put inside a little pouch for a birthday present...you've guessed it, the bastards opened it and took 12p. I got their shitty, I'm sorry your item was damaged in the post sticker.
I had 38 pennies to present at the 40th birthday - the bastards! LOL
I sent two mobile phones over to Germany with the royal mail (insured).
One got stolen so I made a claim, after 3 months I was told I would get 35 quid (for a 150 quid phone) when I complained they said they dont insure mobile phones and I wouldnt be getting anything, I gave up in the end as it was looking like they would be taking the money from the local post office in the end - the bastards
Oh aye, I suppose there's a mile long list of small printed items not insured...the bastards!
I can see that there is a bit of a theme developing here :)
Anyone else with horror stories about the royal mail?
