Hi mate! Long time no speak!!
Level 16 is pretty easy.. fire up and get the boomerang while taking out as many of the surrounding bloonz... then bung the boomerang at the higher of the other blocks of bloonz and it should come back through the lower set.
...I'm stuck on 32!!
